Power Unit Replacement

Motor started to go bad on the original power unit in a very busy parking garage. We
recommended an upgrade to improve operational reliability and replaced the existing
dry power unit with a submersible (pump, motor, valve now located in the tank)

What Services We Performed and How We Solved the Issue

  1. Removal of the existing power unit, pump, motor, valve, and oil line
  2. Installed a new submersible power unit to include new pump, motor, and valve
  3. Installed a new oil line
  4. Replaced piston packing seal
  5. Reconnected wiring to controller
  6. Used hard pipe in machine room to rectify code violation (flex hose)
